Really nice hotel in Hakone Gora area with amazing amenities especially the onsen. Everyone in Hakone should stay here

Great stay at Hakone Yutowa, staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was nice with a nice space to relax. The onsen was great, room was very spacious, and buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of meal

The hotel itself is not bad - beds are comfortable and large, and the dinner is okay, but nothing too special.
This hotel overwhelmingly caters to families, which is evident when staying there: there are many children, and a lot of the amenities cater to them as well. For example the sauna is not very hot and there’s a lot of candies in the free snack bar. I wish the hotel was better at communicating / marketing this on their website, as I’m not the intended audience and it’s very expensive for a mediocre experience.
As well, the breakfast timing is questionable - only available from 7am - 8:30am, along with a 10am checkout time this is quite an early start and not very relaxing.

In addition to a clean room and a comfortable bed, the girl has a well maintained onsen. What's more, there are complimentary afternoon snacks, as well as evening drinks and desserts. The rooms may be small, but the public spaces are excellent, plentiful and well designed.

Nice place with oncen. You can find here also drinks and snacks, and have a dinner here or in konbini near. Recommend for family travels

The hotel was better than we expected. After a long commute from Tokyo we found the hotel very easy, 5 min walking distance on a straight line from the station. Inside they are stylish and clean, the beds are comfortable, the library area is so cosy and the free snacks and coffee, tea, soft beverages, even free drinks after 19:00 are such a saviors as the shops are closing early so there is nothing you can buy )). The private onsen on the 3rd floor was very clean and relaxing.
If I were to come to Hakone again, I would chose the hotel without hesitation.
